Help logging in with DigiD or eHerkenning
If you’re submitting a project proposal as an individual, you’ll need to log in with DigiD. If you’re submitting a proposal on behalf of an organisation or association, you’ll need eHerkenning level 2+.

IDO Centre Céramique
Open Wednesday to Friday from 13:00 to 17:00. Help is available by appointment. Call 043 350 5600 or email publieksservice [at] maastricht.nl (publieksservice[at]maastricht[dot]nl) to make an appointment.
IDO de Rink
Open on Tuesdays from 13:00 to 17:00 at Zoetmanstraat 75, Caberg. You do not need an appointment and can simply drop in.
What to bring
If you already have DigiD and want to log in to the municipality’s subsidy portal, you'll need:
- your username and password
- your mobile phone
- the PIN for your DigiD app, if you use the app to log in
If you already have eHerkenning and want to log in to the municipality’s subsidy portal, you'll need:
- your personal authorisation
- your username and password
- your Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number or registration number
If you want to apply for DigiD, you'll need:
- your citizen service number (BSN), which you can find on your passport or identity card
- the address where you are registered with the municipality
- your mobile phone
Please note: it can take up to 5 working days before you can use your DigiD. Make sure you apply for a DigiD in good time.
If you want to apply for eHerkenning, you’ll need:
- a recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce (no more than 14 days old)
- the names and contact details of the people you are applying for eHerkenning for
- a copy of the identity document of each person authorised to represent the organisation
Please note: it can take up to 2 weeks before you can use eHerkenning. Make sure you apply for eHerkenning in good time.
