5004. Uniform workwear for volunteers

The Maastricht Rescue Brigade aims to supply new, uniform workwear for all volunteers who give swimming lessons or provide safety on the water. They currently wear a motley collection of clothing purchased over the last 20 years which the volunteers often pay for themselves. This can be a barrier, particularly for junior brigade members. The goal for the new workwear is to enable the brigade to show its appreciation, project a unified image and make it easier to onboard new volunteers.
