3005. Flowering verges

This initiative involves planting flowering verges on Recollectenweg, Ursulinenweg and the trail to Slavante in Villa Park and Sint Pieter. Colourful plants will beautify the hiking area for residents and visitors and are beneficial for insects and bats. These planted verges also retain water and mud better when it rains: a real win for nature, people and the city.
