3003. A flowery Itteren

The Itteren Village Council Foundation wants to install nine flower pillars along the main road in Itteren. Composed of annuals, these colourful flower pyramids will attract bees and butterflies which is good for nature. They also brighten up the street scene so residents can enjoy their surroundings even more, enhancing the village’s appeal for cyclists and hikers. The project will liven up the village and contribute to an even more beautiful Mergelland route.
